1. Who we are

Bin Sadiq Construction (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a construction and finishing contractor based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We provide grey structure, turnkey homes, renovation, marble, joinery, paint, MEP, water boring, and related building services.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this website, submitting a quote or contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp/phone/email, or signing a written agreement for work, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

3. Website information is general guidance

Blog posts, cost calculators, material rate pages, service descriptions, and project photos are for general information about construction in Lahore and Pakistan. They are not a substitute for a site survey, structural design by a licensed professional where required, or a signed contract.

Market rates for cement, steel, bricks, and finishes change. Always confirm current prices and scope in writing before ordering materials or starting work.

4. Quotes, BOQ, and contracts

Online quote requests and verbal discussions are estimates only. A binding price and scope exist only after:

• Site visit / drawings review where needed
• Written Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or scope of work
• Agreed payment milestones
• Signed agreement or written acceptance (email/WhatsApp confirmation may apply for smaller scopes if clearly accepted)

5. Client responsibilities (Pakistan construction practice)

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for:

• Clear title / authority to build on the plot
• Society, LDA, DHA, Bahria, Cantonment, or municipal approvals and fees
• Providing accurate drawings, levels, and site access
• Timely milestone payments as agreed
• Decisions on finishes, brands, and design changes (change orders may adjust cost and time)

6. Payments

Payment schedules follow the written agreement (typically stage-wise for grey structure and turnkey). Work may pause if payments are delayed beyond the agreed grace period.

Advance payments are applied to the project as stated in the contract. Refunds, if any, depend on work completed, materials procured, and contract terms.

7. Materials, quality, and variations

Material brands and grades must match the BOQ. Substitutions require written client approval. Market shortages or price spikes may require revised quotations for unpurchased items.

Client-supplied materials are accepted only if quality and timing are suitable; delays or defects from client supply are the client’s risk unless we agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Timelines and delays

Schedules are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, material supply, authority approvals, force majeure, design changes, or late client decisions/payments. We will communicate material delays in good faith.

9. Warranty and defects

Structural and finishing warranties (if any) are defined in the written contract for each project. Warranty does not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party alterations, natural disasters, or work outside our scope.

Snag lists should be raised within the period stated in the contract after handover.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Pakistan, our liability for website use is limited to correcting inaccurate site content where practical. For contracted works, liability is limited as stated in the signed agreement and applicable Pakistani law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost rent or opportunity) except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, logos, and project images are owned by Bin Sadiq Construction or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content or photos for commercial purposes without written consent. See also our Image License page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts / forums in Lahore, Punjab, shall have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed project contract.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
